It’s springtime – here a delicious recipe from the dandelionroots. Fresh, juicy, crunchy and rich of Vitamins. Only the very first plants are for using. This is possible only for 2 weeks. Don’t miss to try it. You gonna love it !

 

Make with a knife a circle around the plant. Cut the top leaves and scratch the white, woolen stuff on the roots away. After cutting and washing, prepare a dressing with, Vinegar, Oil, Cream, Salt, Pepper and one smashed potato. Delicious …. and  healthy on top.
